Delivery and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Dimplex Products

All Dimplex products are usually dispatched between 1-7 working days depending on stock availability. If you would like more updates on your order you can always reach out to us and we can give you more information on the shipping time.

Returns

For all returns you have a 14 day period to change your mind on the product, however there is a handling charge fee of 15% of the total cost of the item(s).

All Dimplex products have 1 year warranty with an option to extend for an extra year upon registration. 

Order Delivery (Adam, Acantha, Asgard and OKO Products)

All Adam, Acantha and OKO products will be delivered and charged based on product weight. If Items weigh 30kg or less delivery will cost £15. Items that weigh above 30kg will be delivered on a 2-man home delivery service after 7 days at a cost of £55.

Couriers we use:

DHL:
When your order has been dispatched by us DHL will send you a text/email notification of your tracking details. On the morning of delivery and once your order has been loaded on to the van you will be sent a 1hr delivery notification and at this point you will have various Change It options should you not be available for delivery. DHL will then send you a You’re Next notification when they are just one stop away.

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. 

Geographic Limits:

  • - UK Mainland (excluding off shore locations such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands etc).
  • - Northern Ireland.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within a 14 day period.

Electrical products supplied by Fired Up Corporation Ltd have a 12 month warranty. Should a fault develop within this period please contact us to arrange a return or replacement.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed; or the request is not made within 14 days.

Returns policy on trims and frets- We do not arrange collection of trims and frets which are unsuitable. 

MI Flues Products:

England, Wales, Free Delivery Over £200.  Under £200 is at a charge of £25 Estimated Delivery 1-3 Working days

Scotland- Orders over £200 is at a charge of £45 . Under £200 is at a charge of £30. Estimated Delivery 1-5 Working days. 

Northern Ireland- All orders have a flat rate charge of £50. Estimated Delivery 1-5 Working days.

Returns:

If the goods are returned after 14 days but within 30 days, then a refund will be issued minus a 20% restock charge.

If the goods are returned after 30 days, then we will be unable to provide a refund.

You have a 14 day cooling off period from receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to return the item. You will then have 14 days to send the item back to us (at your own cost) and will receive a full refund, including any original postage charges (but not including return postage charges) within 14 days of us receiving your unwanted item. It is recommended that you use a courier with a tracking facility. Refunds will usually be issued within 3-5 working days but may take up to 14 calendar days.

Only the price of standard postage will be refunded. If you have opted to pay extra (for an AM or Sat delivery) you will only receive the price of standard delivery as part of your refund.

If items are returned to us in a condition other than that resulting from necessary handling and inspection of the goods (e.g. an item is returned with unreported damage) a reasonable deduction will be made to your refund.

Damaged items

If your item(s) are faulty or damaged upon receipt, you must inform us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Your items will then be collected from you by ourselves, or by a courier. Please note that it may not be possible for us to provide you with the specific time or date your collection will be made, however, all goods will be collected within 14 days from the date the fault/damage was reported. After we have the item(s) back in our possession a replacement will be issued within 14 calendar days, unless you have requested a refund in lieu of a replacement item.

If outside of the 30-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund, however, you have up to six months to request a replacement/repair of the item, but only if the item was damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty or incorrect items have been sent then we must be notified within five days after the delivery has been made to be eligible for a refund or replacement item. After 5 calendar days from delivery you will be assumed to have accepted the goods and no claim can be made. Photographic evidence must be provided and, at the time damage/fault is reported, the items must not have left the premises they were delivered to.
